Question Can not find out how to remove my nav screen, well safely anyway

Hey everyone!

So I need to remove my iDrive screen and polish all of the antiglare off since some of the antiglare that was on my screen decided it was time for us to part ways. I am going to use a very soft cloth and MG PlasticX so that should do the trick. I also have purchased some Khomo iPad antiglare screen covers (thanks to a kind person on this site suggesting it!).

Cool thing is that these covers have a light adhesive so it should stand the test of my OCD.

Not so cool thing is that I really do not know how to safely crack open my dash to get at that screen. My intent is to get it out and completely remove that unfaithful antiglare (still a little hurt about the whole thing), apply the cover so it will extend past the outer frame and it should look much better than it does right now.

On my E83 there was an access point after pressing down on the outer top edges of the mid dash vents, then you could pop it out and unscrew and access everything else. I have looked alot on here and can not seem to find the proper process.

Can anyone help me out? Thank you in advance!
