Note on Desert BMW. I put them in a tough spot showing up on a Saturday for an emergency type repair. They got on it right away Monday and even though the first repair failed, put someone back on it Tuesday.
So props to Desert BMW for following through and fixing the problem (I hope!)

Is that the BMW dealer that's a few miles off the Strip? I had my A/C go bad (2002 X5 at the time) while in Vegas on vacation and they got me in and out the next day which I really appreciated.
The only odd thing about that service was they told me my front thrust bushings needed replacement, which I skipped. My local dealer checked them about a year later and said they were fine.
