e70 x5 reliability
hi all ive just bought a 2008 e70 x5 3.0d with 75k miles on, im just wondering if there is any issues to watch out for on them or what to look out for to prevent any expensive repairs.

3Series is on a distinguished road
Nothing comes to mind for me other than the usual fluid changes.

At 75k miles, the shocks probably need to be replaced and perhaps some of the bushings.

to be honest everything felt fine when i drove it yes i was going to do the oil and filter, and brake fluid, if anyone has had any experiance would they let me know if it would be worth taking out the RAC warranty alongside my breakdown cover to cover the cost of any repairs that need doing?
