Question regarding LCI e70 headlight switch movement on its own

Soo, I am not sure if this is intended, and I may just go to the dealer and ask, but I figured that I would ask you folks if you know anything about this.

What happens:

I unlock the vehicle, get in, and notice that the headlight switch is either in the auto position, parking lights, or full on. I turn it to off '0'. I drive normally then park the vehicle ensuring that the switch is still on the '0'. Lock the vehicle, get out and do whatever.

I come back to the X, unlock it, get in and notice that the switch is not where I left it.

I disabled welcome lights, set the duration of driveway lighting to zero, but the switch still moves itself. Today i disabled the corona rings to see if that makes any difference.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

I swear I am not crazy...
