Actually the X5 35d has an engine oil dipstick located under the engine cover, so unless he's pretty dense, he'll only be singly p.o.ed.

No Confidentiality Agreement

When BMWNA bought our '09 35d back a little over a year ago, nothing we signed said we had to keep mum. This was in California, other states may be different.
