I've been trying to find out if there will be any agreements other than the buyback form (which has nothing regarding disclosures)...so far I am told there will be nothing.

This is a lemon- they will mark the car, brand the title, sell it at auction. So not a 'customer satisfaction buyback' where they can demand accommodations..I think

Someone want a good car, it will hit auction in a few weeks..Buy it for $30k less than they are giving me!

Actually the X5 35d has an engine oil dipstick located under the engine cover, so unless he's pretty dense, he'll only be singly p.o.ed.

When BMWNA bought our '09 35d back a little over a year ago, nothing we signed said we had to keep mum. This was in California, other states may be different.
