I thought it was very strange as well. No X5 of any type; just an X6 and an X3. Given the popularity of the X5 in the Los Angeles area, and the introduction of the new
MB ML at the show, it was surprising to see BMW abandon their representative in the luxury SUV market well over a year - maybe two - before the debut of the next generation.
Also strange that there were no new 3-series models at the show. I assume the US debut will be at Detroit instead. But an odd choice, since the 3-series was made popular in this country by So Cal yuppies.
