I have no advice for you....

Did you have the car inspected by someone SEPARATE from whomever is selling it to you???

Nice looking X, but none of us can diagnose its condition, or give it an 'inspection' from a couple of pics...as ard noted: get it inspected by a dlr or trusted BMW oriented mechanic prior to purchase.

Did anyone manage to find out anything like software version etc? from the tuned software pictures??
