Thumbs up Grille Repainting Rust-Oleum Wheel Paint Great Match

Hey everyone,

Got some tar or something on my OEM painted titanium grille and could not get it off without going into the paint that was there so I had to repaint them.

I looked for quite a while for a good match and looked online, saw in the past a few used Platicote paint and it was a really good match but sadly Platicote is not a good match for Columbus Ohio area retailers

I settled on this http://www.amazon.com/Rust-Oleum-248.../dp/B003CT4AQ6

Glad I did too, it worked really well, easy to use paint, little to no prep (just clean and spray the finish of the OEM paint is a lot like primer). 7 thin coats and here we are:

Very happy with the result and BTW getting your grille off the car is a big PITA
