The grilles are very easy to change out. Open your hood, then you'll see multiple split tabs holding each grille in place. Some small pliers may be helpful, but you can do it by hand easily enough.
I like to start on the outer side, then work toward the bottom of the grille (towards you). Eventually the grille will pop out, and you put the new one in its place. The new one will snap right in.
