Does anyone have the part numbers for all the exterior M-Sport body panels?

No problem! My parts guy that knocked out that list just ran over and told me "those are the parts for the E70 X5M", he figured that's what you wanted. The standard E70 and non M E70 with the M sport package share the sheet metal.
