Exclamation replace my e53 with e70 tunning clarifications

Hello!
I would like to ask you some questions regarding a BMW X5 m sport xDrive 35d 2009 registration, that I am willing to buy the next 10 days.

This car has additional equipment:

media package
panoramic sunroof
navigation
reverse camera
PDC
etc.....

The dealer told me that he made a tuning to the softwareof the car to increase the power..... using autologic hardware equipment and using the original bmw software...(how can I check that?
Is that has any compatibility issues with the car?
Is it like installing a service pack on windows?
Can I install the TV function as well?
Can I install the iDrive?

Does this car has many differences with the 2011 facelift?

I appreciate your answers!!

!!
First, I always assume used car dealers- BMW or private- are lying.

Second, I have read 10,000 posts about the E70 and have never heard of any possibility of autologic being able to modify the BMW software to change timing, increase boost, maps, etc on the E70 diesel...

Anything he is telling you was done, or can be done, needs to be verified.

You'll want a warranty with that car too....

I was not aware they had a tune for the e70 diesel, but now that I think of it there may be a few posts on EU cars. Go to the 'diesel' subforum for more info.

I am not concerned about the motor, so much as all the other items that will cost you...

In terms of 'verifying', I think you need to hook it up to an autologic and read the DDE module.

Finally, the 2009 has the CCC based idrive. You CAN upgrade to the newer CIC based system. A few folks have done this, apw607 (I am just guessing at his name, something like that) had done it as i recall. About $3kUSD plus labor. Not that hard.
