Streaming Pandora via Bluetooth on Android
Is there a way to do it with an Android device? I have a DroidX and I can pair it just fine. I can make/receive calls. I don't know how to stream audio via bluetooth. I read one person hit the 'CD' button next to the iDrive knob, but I do not have this. I have an 09 X5 with Premium and Technology packages. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. i don't recall the exact steps but i did stream audio via bluetooth.. not pandora but youtube videos...
on idrive goto to the phone that is paired... click on the phone and you should see another menu with a list of options you can select... or click to the right of the screen... put a checkmark on the microphone/audio sign... again, i don't remember the exact steps so you have to play with it but i think you need to be in phone mode to hear it through the truck's speaker system... operate as usual on your phone and you should be able to hear it... play with it... it should work... not the best quality and not sure why someone would really want to stream audio via bluetooth... my music comes from either Sirius or my ipod... and it kicks...
