**Rear Tire Question...275 40 20**
They would be 245/35 (i think) / R20 in the front & 275/40/R20 in the rear.... Has anyone tried this on an x5? Would this jack up my 2010 X5 3.0? I was also thinking about just using the 275 in the front and buying 315s for the rear like the spec x5. The only problem is then I would have to buy the extended flare/ arches...this is so aggravating! |

245/35 has a smaller diameter than stock, by quite a bit. Definitely not suited for the vehicle. Buy the 315s for the rear and do it right.
You don't need the arches either - the rears will sit pretty close to flush with the rear fenders. I have 25mm spacers on my 4.8is and the flares still cover them.

I agree, I am going with the Vossen wheels and they are pretty snug, I need to check the offset etc to see how far they would actually stick out...
Thanks for the response. |

I searched for pics of your X5 and couldn't find anything. Could you post or PM me some pics? Thanks in advance!

My bad, somehow I typed the first message wrong...I was looking for 315s without the flares. Fixed now!
