My tire & wheel guy charged me $50 to add them when I added the wheels and tires.

He said they were easy as long as you have some type of rivet tool, which he had. I am not a handy man, so I would have paid him another $100 to add the flares.

^ you definitely need the rivet tool unless you want to struggle with pulling the old rivets out with pliers and a screwdriver that didn't work too well for us. Yes, 2 of us and we still had a hard time. The rivet tool was about $25 online if I recall correctly and you could definitely do it yourself with one. In hindsight, I would pay $50 to have someone do it if I had someone willing. It takes 30-60 minutes depending on experience.

I forgot to answer the other question, yes my wheels are OEM...I would have gone with reps but eschantra gave me a great deal on his original 214s, I then paid $200 to have the set powder coated, there were a few minor cosmetics scrapes from before.
