2009-10 Sport Package Contents for Canada?

I'm looking to buy a used E70 with the active steering option. I'm looking at 08+ models in Canada. I see many 2009's with the sport package, but have been unable to determine if that package included active steering. Ideally if someone has the 2009-10 Order guides for Canada, that would be a big help. I've tried searching forums and google and even emailed a few sellers with sport package, but no one seems sure.
As an aside, if anyone knows of a nice 4.8 with active steering available in Canada, please let me know.

^^ I didn't think active steering was available until the MY11, but I could be wrong.

I don't think either you could get an Active Steering with sports package or so I was told. However, you could easily get a retrofit done by getting active steering parts off ebay or bmwparts sites and install it.

IMO, sports package means stiff suspension and steering, so if you're looking for sports suspension, why would you need active steering for that? I personally do not like active steering much.
