Which X5?

I'm looking at a X5 to replace the Nissan. The time is right I'm hoping you guys could help me make a decision.

So I went and look at this one today by the Airport. The dealershp is super fancy. Fully loaded with Ferraris and Porsches.

The truck is fully loaded with EVERYTHING, the only downfall is that it has 85,000km, which means the warranty & maintenance is no good. The body looks clean, underneath looks good, and it's a Canadian car. The dealer didn't really want to deal with me too much since the X5 is only a lowly vehicle compared to the rest of their show room.

The other one has fewer options, but only has 33,000kms. Besides the premium package, I don't know if it has any other options. From the pictures, it does not look like it has a built in NAVI.

BMW warranty & maintenance is definitely worth something, but the extra options are nice too!
