I am from south america but it is an euro spec car. Actually it is an aftermarket armoured car... but 50i have bigger brakes than 35i and 35d. I'll guess i must try the fitting.

Given that it is an armored vehicle I would expect the brakes to be larger. As you say - test fitting is your best option if you don't want to take your dealer at their word (which I wouldn't).
