Sirius XM Not showing up on dashboard

Hello everyone
BMW X5 2009

So My car got water damage on it, all my electronics got messed up, BMW replace everything but the Sirius XM module, They wanted to charge me $1500 USD for it, but they said I can leave it and everything else will work. So Now I want to use it and I bought a new Sirius XM module, But when I connect new one, I do not see the XM Icon on my Dashboard. Any Idea what am i missing or doing wrong? Here are some pics of my setup or if I am missing something

remove the terminator from the end of the fiber and plug the fiber into the interior of the power plug.

Unplug and remove the thing that you are holding in your hand in the first picture. Plug the leftover connector into the black connector that has the 2 power wires in it.

Pics here of how it should look https://xoutpost.com/1081641-post8.html

blue dragon will become famous soon enough
When you unclip the thing you are holding (Most fiber terminator), there will a plug that plugs into the new sirius module. It will look similar to this one

You need to get the fiber from the first picture into the connector shown in the background. There is a smaller connector inserted into the connector shown in the first picture. That smaller 1/2" connector should fit into the 1" connector shown in the background.
