Hankook Ventus RH07 tires for 2008 X5

I am at 42,000 miles and have had enough of the Bridgestone Dueler R18 runflats that came on my X5. I've done some intense research and the Hankook Ventus RH07 seem like a good option. They seem to be well-reviewed, with the exception of some drivers noting that the tires get louder after 15,000 miles, but doesn't this happen with all tires?

The other tires I'm looking at are the Yokohama Avidenvigor, but I'm shying away from these because you can't rotate them across the vehicle. Also looking at the Continental LX 20 or Extreme Contact DS.

Does anyone have any experience with these Hankook tires on an X5? I don't want to be a cheapskate, but at the same time want to get a good value. I plan on having my X5 for 40,000 more miles (until extended warranty runs out). Ride quality and road noise are important to me so I want to make the right decision.

Any insight would be much appreciated!
