It's measured in lumens, not "here's how it looks on a different model, trust me it will also look good on you X5 even though I have no idea how different angel eyes on E90 and E70 are".

blue dragon will become famous soon enough
^^ Thats a good idea, can you post some side by side pictures with Lux V3 vs yours? The Lux looks pretty good in that first picture, without the eyeball effect if it gets too bright.

I actually agree with that. According to the factory these are rated at 1400 lumens, but I can't prove it without any photos of my angel eyes in that lumens rating contraption thingy.

Actually about different brightness on different platforms, now that you mentioned it you are correct. When fitted on a x6, the outter rings seem to be a little bit dimmer compared to these on an E90. Maybe because the x6 has gigantic rings?

I am interested, kind of. I was leaning toward those LUX ambers for some reason. Honestly, I have pre-LCI (stock "amber") and I really never gave changing them out for anything, after I saw the LUX prices. What a waste of money, in my opinion, at that price. I am, however, tempted here...may have a 335 owner interested as well.

Bad timing though, pre-holidays and all.

Does the entire kit fit inside the headlight housing or does the resistors sit outside?
