How do you remove the engine cover?

I have an 07 3.0. And it has some cables that run on top of the back of the engine. I am trying to do a sparkplug change. Anyone have a DIY?

If its like my 5 series, you need to remove the cowl. Open the housing that holds the cabin filters. You should see the fasteners. Once the cowl is off you should be able to detach the housing that holds the wires. Then the acoustic cover will come off.

I have a 530i and have no problem with the engine cover, but this one seems different.
