Rear hatch liftgate strut replaced.

Wonder if other folks had their rear lift gate struts (non auto) replaced under CPO. If not then I'll probably need to search for a DIY for the E70?

Looks like part number #4 (left/right) with no pricing info

Yeah they are about $60 each but strange that they require 2 for two different part number. Cant be 2 for each side so maybe they are interchangeable and not dependent on left right? Strange and not much comes up goggling it or on this forum regarding replacements.

The ENDED number is discontinued. The replacement is 51247294199- qty 2.

They are the same for each side.
