oem 315 tires on a 20x10 rim...would it work?

oem rear 315 tires on a 20x10 rim...would it work? I was thinking about getting a set of rims but front and back are 20x10. i still have my factory run-flats in storage, figure i'd mount them and not waste a set of tires.

This is NOT a recommended fitment. According to Tire Rack a 315/35/20 requires a MINIMUM 10.5" width wheel with a maximum width of 12.5".

At 10" you are below the MINIMUM.

I wouldn't do it. Even if it is "possible" to do it, it is not correct.

Yes they are. Ordered them on eBay... So far, so good. It was a bit above 1000 for the set of 4, staggered 20s

Well, I have to admit, that fitment looks perfect. I have heard the Sessantas are a tad narrower than other 315s. I was thinking about getting Sessanta 315s on 10" rims but had decided not to - your pictures have made me change my mind!

M=Naz24, what wheels do you have? Do you know what offset your rear wheels are?

Thx, Steve

Those tires have a min rim spec of 10" for the 315/35-20. Quite a challenge to find tech data...Technical Data

I agree most other 315s would prolly not work...
