Changed Spark Plugs today on the V8 and can't get the last coil

I couldn't find any DIY on a spark plug change for the 4.8 E70 so I figured how hard can it be. To do it you need to take off the entire induction system and then you can access the valve covers to the coil packs. The tricky part is the back two coils, I used two 3" extensions that I could use to reach the rear plug on the passenger side.

Try as I might though I could not get the furthest coil pack out on the drivers side. There just isn't enough clearance, I loosened up the power line and moved the heater hoses but it still wouldn't come out.

I am looking for some advice from somebody who did it, how they got it out. I couldn't figure it out.
