The heat shield is a backordered part for over 4 months now. It has been a major problem for them. Many and I mean many are broken. Mine is still on back order for 3 months. I think they are switching manufacturers. I check weekly on it.

The thrust bushings is an early wear item that caused my creaking noises in the rear of my SUV. It was going through the chassis and making sounds in the rear.

The oil leak is common in that area near the vacuum pump.mine was replaced but it did not resolve the leak. They actually had to replace a part not even in the tech books that was leaking oil after they thought they fixed it. There isn't even a billable time for the repair since it was very uncommon. I will see if I can dig up the repair. It was a strange fix but it did resolve the leak. Not a common area to look but the tech was able to indentify it. Stumped him at first.

Get an Indy to repair it. The parts are not expensive. Get then yourself online. Behave them degrease your engine after the initial fix of the vacuum pump area and see of they can pinpoint it.

Good luck.
