Ive been a JMK BMW customer for years now, and never had any issues with them, I believe Alexmish will say the same. Have you tried reaching out to their Service Dept Manager?
Also, let me share this as almost the thing happened to me... i bought a preowned 330i from a dealer in PA that only sell luxury cars. Car was pristine when i bought it, and yes, after 2-3 car washes, my rims showed the curb rashes that was never there before when i bought it... i was like, they are surely good at hiding them, lol...
Btw, I only work with one SA at JMK, when i make a reservation, i make sure Jacob is in that day, he usually takes care of me...
