E70 X5 3.0d Fuel Filter Location

Hello Folks,

I found some DIY instructions for the E53 but can't seem to find anything for the E70, as far as I know its in a different location on the later model. Does anyone know the location of the fuel filter on the E70 ?

It's located under a panel just about under the driver's seat, under the car.
