Ballpark Cost to Paint Bumpers / Trim
Those who have done this, what did you have done and how much did it cost? I appreciate any feedack My old E60, would have the X5 similar style (black wheels on white). Had a reputable shop paint the mtech front and rear bumpers for $250 and was top quality and perfect match. Will get an estimate from the same shop but most shops won't blindly quote something without having the vehicle there, which obviously I don't have an X5 to take them to quote

It'll just depend. I'd estimate $400-600 depending on how much needs to be painted. If you get an M-sport, there won't be any black areas to paint.

I was hoping to be in that $400-600 range, that is definitely more doable. I had a lot higher number in mind ($1000-1500) but without experience in these specific models I did not know what to expect. I've done my own painting but wouldn't want to touch this project as sanding the texture and prepping is a major PITA and I'd rather just pay to have it all done one time.
I appreciate your feedback and welcome all others.... FYI if I could buy an X5 right now and have it perfect the way I wanted, it would BGReddy00's X5 to a T..to give an idea of the painted look I'm going for, aluminum running boards and all

Can't beat an AW LCI with aero kit! I still think this is one of the best looking X5's around...the contrast of the black and white, spacers and matched trim give it a nice aggressive look!
