My dads looking at an e70!

What's up e70 owners,

My dad is currently looking at a 2007 4.8i fully loaded with everything but a hitch and third row.. Window sticker is $75k.

Miles 99,000
Price $22,000

New tires and brakes, it is a friend of his and says it needs nothing.

I was looking for some feedback for him on both the price and problem areas that should be inspected before purchase.

Any help is much appreciated!!
