Inner Tail light out... bad?

Just noticed one of my inner tail lights is out... does that mean she is dead?

New one yes but not the used one, new one cost almost 250 a piece and they is a guy selling the whole set for 220 at bimmerfest forum, I almost buy it from him but a get a better deal at ebay and I paid less than 150 for the whole 4 tai lights

i took mine apart last night hoping to possibly clean the corrosion off of the contacts and get it to work again. Sadly, it did not work. I guess i'll be fleabaying a new driver's side.
