Has it always been like this or did it just start to happen out of the blue?
Does it also happen after a slow-speed turn and you try to accelerate? There's a bit of lag in the drive-by-wire BMW employs. You can try the transmission reset procedure (do a search). Some people have claimed it helps.

It has been there since i bought it yes it is in turn also

It's hard to determine without actually testing it out. But if it's a nominal lag, it might be normal. You can try resetting the trans or if that doesn't work you might want something like a Sprint Booster.
I had one on a 550i, i liked it at first but then I got used to it. Our X doesnt have it, but it's a 3.0 and it's slow . |
