E53 style 87
Will this fit E70 X5? Do I need hub center fitment? I did do a search but not find any information.
I know they have different ET in the rear wheels. Thanks ALX5 |

E53 has a smaller wheel hub bore; many here have had a good experience with having a good machine shop bore the hub to E70 size...
There are oe style 87s and rther are repro style 87s...there may even be repro 87s with the larger bore for sale, dunno. I assume the bolt thread diff is not a problem, but haven't done that kind of swap personally. X5 E53 = PCD 5x120, center bore 72.5mm and M14x1.5 bolt thread. ET 40-45 X5 E70 = PCD 5x120, center bore 74.0mm and M14x1.25 bolt thread. ET 37-53 GL, mD
