Can't seem to change the album playing from my iPhone

Picked up my "new to me" 2011 X5 3.5 about two weeks ago, but really haven't had much time to enjoy it...been busy over Easter break with kids and grandkids.

Anyway, when I picked it up at the dealer, he paired my iPhone 4S, and wonder of all wonders, it streams via Bluetooth from "albums" on my phone to the entertainment center.

I can switch songs, but the iDrive doesn't seem to let me switch from The Rolling Stones Grrr Album 2, to any other album on my iPhone. I can play all the songs back and forth from Album 2, but the iDrive "paddle" doesn't let me go UP to change to a different album.

Searched and RTFM, and still no luck.

Advice, please...?
