Snow Tires
Yes, it's Summer basically. But I'd rather sort this out now while prices are a bit less...
My X5D has the 20" wheel option. What is the best option for snows? A. 20" Snow tires on my stock rims? B. Second set of 19" (or 18"?) rims with snow tires? OR since I live in CO should I just get all seasons? All help is appreciated. Thanks, |

Second set of rims with four winter tires.
Size is up to you. 19" should be cheaper than 20". I'd choose function and cost over style and vanity.

18s will be best for snow.
Find a used set such as this one: BMW x5 Wheels Bridgestone Tires 255 55 18 Style 209 E70 | eBay They'll have the TPMS in it already. Pull the tires and mount snows... |
