Service Due Question
Recently discovered this forum and am impressed with the great sharing of information. I have a service question. Have a 2010 X35d with 51500 miles, received the service due in 390 miles warning. Checked the vehicle diagnostics and it doesn't report any due service in the next 390 miles. Does anyone have any insights regarding the service I need to perform? Thanks

Welcome aboard.
could it be SERVICE II? or I - i forgot the mileage spacing for the Service I and II... these two usually coincided with with one of the oil changes, when a mechanic goes under the car and checks for the things to be within the specs... in the olden days they would lube the chassis, tighten up the emergency brake cable, knock on the exhaust to make sure it is not thinning out... i am dating myself - today's cars have their specific list of items to be taken care of...

If you go thru the idrive you. Will see what service is due. Could be inspection , brake fluid or one of those
