E93 Roof Getting Stuck in Boot (appears passengers side)

Hi everyone,
Been reading on here for years and have been indirectly helped by various posts. So thank you! This time though I've not been able to find any one with the same issue.
I've just got a 08 - 330 d msport e93
Everything until tonight has been fine. I put the roof down and went for a drive for the first time with the roof down. Although I've opened and closed the roof many times already tonight I thought id see how cold it is with the roof down. When trying to close the roof it gets stuck on its first lift once the tail lifts up. Appears that it is possible central and or to the passengers side and with a little lift it closes. Does anybody have an idea as to what this could be?
Many thanks
