What parts? The OP got a Used (tested) transmission with 61,000 KM on it.
Not a rebuilt one. Looking at the list it's easy to see where the money went
so if your looking to retain Transmission bolts, cable, screws and Transmission pan,
plug, and used oil i guess one could ask but what would be the point?
I guess it would be better to ask for the old transmission if you marked it in some way.

The old transmission - he bought a new (used) one so the core is his. Or like you said, mark your part & see if it's been changed. I watched a news report a while back about just that. They marked their good oem parts and set up hidden cameras on the vehicles. Went to shops with specific complaints - was sold a "new" part (cleaned & painted) but was the original part.
