X5 2016 Navigation starts a previous destination

Suddenly after every fresh start, i.e. after car was previously locked, the Navigation system starts by itself giving directions for a previous destination found in recent destinations.
Anyone having the same?

Try deleting all routes from your favorites

I had that happen when I plugged my app installed iphone into a BMW loaner. It auto started nav to last destination I had on the app. Not once, every time I got in the car. I think it's an app setting.
