One touch turn signal issues questions....

The one touch on one side stopped working but the other side still works. I know that theres a setting but if it was a setting issue wouldn't both stop working? So Im thinking its not a setting issue unless its programable individually which wouldn't make any sense. Do you think its possible the signal switch is bad? Cant think of anything else that could cause one side not to work. Just to confirm Im talking about the one touch barely tapping where it signals 3 times and turns off. I believe its also called the triple signal or something like that.

Thanks in advance
