This is legit, but I am informed its for xDrive35i only.
50i will have more options, colors, wheels etc.

Again with the Carbon Black metallic ONLY with M Sport. WTF BMW? Anyone know if 3rd row option will still exist?

received the following from my dealer today. some of this has been posted already but there are a couple of interesting new references, one of which is option 4ub: 3rd row seats. he also mentioned that the data he received implied a 2wd version based on two selection options: x-drive and s-drive. the s-drive caught his attention since it is the designation on the x1 for 2wd. however, he wasn't positive, so take it with a grain of salt.

as lemans mentioned, the data i've posted is for the x-drive 35i only. my contact was unaware of v8 specs but promised to contact me when he received it. sorry for the poor quality scans but the dealer could only make a b/w copy for me. fortunately, edge's post preserves the color palettes.

finally, a comment/question...i had my x5 in for service and was given a brand new 328i as a loaner. the throttle by wire was light years better than my x5. obviously, the technology has improved tremendously over the years but does anyone know if the f15 will utilize the same system? if so, i'll be impressed; the 328i throttle response was awesome. also, the new idrive set-up was excellent. i hope much of it finds its way into the f15. btw, thanks lemans (and everyone else) for all of the f15 data; it's been fun to follow.

Certainly looks better than the brown die cast model that's been floating around. Can't wait to see in person. Will this be unveiled at the New York Auto show?

Overall I like it with the exception of the fog light placement. Seems they should be closer to the corners

I hope the slot/'Bimmerang' looks more like these recent pics than on the 3GT. I hope they don't have so much ugly black cladding on the rear bumper. The black stripe on the X3 rear bumper is horrible, and even cheap SUVs have been moving away from the acres of black plastic trim look.
