That is the M-sport steering wheel for LCI 5-series.

How Can you Tell? I looked up LCI 5-series But the INSIDE without air bag looks different.
The PN on the inside of this steering says F15? |

just because the part that you have says F15 it does not mean it only belongs to F15 - many BMW parts are interchangeable, and this steering wheel should have an actual part number that is traceable to a specific model(s) it can fit... what else does it say, besides the F15? |

TUV is a german DOT - or so i think...
so, it may refer to a TUV standard that the wheel is made to... i don't think the F15 parts are loaded into the ETK yet... |

well, just thinking about it - the car is not offered for sale yet, so, there are no wrecks to dismantle... the parts are not loaded into the ETK, so there are no parts available from a dealer to buy...
where would a guy in NY get this part from? if it is from a new car not on the market yet... i would say, it is an LCI M5 and M6 steering wheel |
