Kewl X5 is on a distinguished road
The only caveat is that if you configure the F15 X5 with M Sport and 3rd row seat, you cannot get DHP. You can get M-sport suspension which will give your rear air springs with sportier settings but you don't get roll control and fancy rear differential.

I have driven E70 X5M with adaptive drive and it was impressive. Roll control excellent but more comfortable ride than E70 X5 without adaptive drive.
