Engine Fault - 4x4 System and DSC Failed!

Having a few issues with my 2008 X6 5.0i

Engine Fault Reduced Power
Happens upon initial startup and stays in limp mode.

- Temperature too high
Happens upon startup (when sitting overnight)
Had the auxiliary water pump replaced, still don't hear it come on.

- 4x4 System and DSC Failed
This will come on and the RPM wil drop ~1,100 RPM and will not accelerate. If I pull over and re-start it goes away and drives normal until the next time. I have noticed that this will only happen when I am not under acceleration and typically when going down a grade.

Borrowed a friends Bavarain Technic cable and installed software and pulled a few codes, however I cannot connect to the Engine ECU.

A12A
A82E
A830
5F77
6DCB
55C3
55D0

Connecting through my BT using Torque, I get the following codes
P0003
P323f

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
