If I understand correctly, he has returned to the world of building garden sheds for a regular employer. Probably ran out of money as he left a Ford truck half finished, then did a vast amount on the GMC denali truck which was still missing stuff and the X5 has been languishing for months while the one in this thread is sitting in his yard as if it we a total loss. There were some other cars that seemed expensive to buy and rebuild without clear info if he recovered the money. Too bad, bit of a clif hanger at times if he will put the thousands of parts back together the way they were meant to.

I am also watching some channels produced around Wichita, Kansas. Those guys flip cars very fast, sometimes to other Youtubers, but at least seem to recover some money. To make real cash flow I think they need to be natural personalities like Tyler Hoovie. There are a lot of click bait generators out there as well, Scotty Kilmer being one of the most noticeable.

Nevertheless, the M539 Restorations channel (located Frankfurt, Germany, is quality content that deserves to be watched by any DIYer.

M539 is a slippery slope for me. Watch one video and I have to watch the whole series. He's so good and so relatable.

Scotty Kilmer on the other hand... I hope his Youtube acct gets stolen and all his videos deleted. He's the herpes of the automotive Youtuber world.

Hahaha, that gave me a chuckle!! Yes, Kilmer's videos don't contain anything worthwhile nor do they provide any entertainment value.

The Salvagemaster returned from his long absence but he seems a bit exasperated by the complexity of his X6M. Still making progress though now that he has come to terms with the digital tech side of it. Not sure why I find these videos entertaining but they seem to have a bit of "cliff-hanger" type entertainment, can't help but watch :-)
