Spare Tire/Runflat Tires

Just wondering if the X6 has a spare tire or does one have rely on the runflat tires. As I have had no experience with runflat tires can someone tell me if they can be repaired after a puncture. Over the period of 5 years I have had at least 6 rear punctures in my X5 with 19" wheels .Would make for expensive motoring if I had to replace tires every time I had a puncture.
Thanks
Brent

They say that you're supposed to replace the entire tire, but we've nevertheless repaired punctures on our E93 several times and it's been fine
