I saw a pair of brand new OEM M3 convertibles in my local dealer with this matte finish, one in Grey and one in Black. There is one catch anyone choosing needs to be aware of, which hadn't occurred to me but is kinda obvious when you think about it. Under no circumstances are you allowed to apply any kind of polish as it makes the finish go shiny which ruins the paint job! And yes, it is a matte clear coat.

You mean the matt X6? Not me. Looks like any other X6 with a AC Schnitner body kit.

Yeah, something about the headlighs, wheels and other items looked a bit "off" to me for some reason.

Prlly just the pictures. Those are the Falcon wheels and the Falcon body kit. Could be the matt paint or the wheather throwing you off.
