L.... there are too many posts to read
in this thread and I wouldn't be able
to catch the flow of the conversation
anyway. So let me just say Congratulations
on the new ride.

I guess Phil got busy and hasn't gotten around to posting my exhaust clip

Anyway...OMG! The power in this thing is unreal. I have to be careful when I kick it. It can get away from you real easy if you're not careful. I can't imagine the ///M. I'm actually glad I didn't go for the ///M. I have more power than I need as it is.

One scary thing...I filled up yesterday morning. I have 52 miles on the trip odometer, and I'm showing 3/4s of a tank My OBC is now down to 14.7 from te 17.5 I got on the ride home from PCD. And it still shows 250 miles to empty. I guess it didn't catch up to my actual city driving yet. It probably didn't help when I showed that Mustang GT who was boss yesterday. He was not happy He started it....Or I wouldn't have wasted my time with a pesky GT

Ouch L... Did you read that it is rated 12/18, while your X5 was 14/19 !?

I wonder what my 335i will do next to your X6. 0-60 are 5.1 (yours) and 5.4 (mine), close enough...

You know the 20" (X6 ///M) wheels also contribute to power.

I knew going in it wouldn't be pretty. I was getting high 13s in the E70. It doesn't help that I recently started playing with her now that I have almost 1400 miles under my belt. I wasn't a priest, but I went easy on the rpms for the first 1200 miles. In addition, I don't seem to have much open roadway lately on my commute. For some reason there's been heavier traffic lately. Lots of stop and go when I just want to go.

We should go to a track and check it out. A friend of mine races Vipers and goes to Pocono a few times a year. I'll see when the next one is.
