Well, it's confirmed. No RFs. I called my tire vendor to check. I assumed if they weren't on tirerack they didn't exist but wanted to confirm. The front size is available but not the rears.

I have a slot for August production on a 50, just need to decide on colors. The exterior colors are limited to begin with but more so by the package you choose. These packages piss me off. They offer Graphite on the XLine but I can't get it with the M package. Really? So back to Black I go.

I've always gone with black interior but I'm thinking about switching it up a bit. I loved the full Nappa leather in my 2010 but now they only offer Nappa in the cognac/black bi color. Coral red/black dakota also caught my eye. I'm going to see them in person on Monday. Dealer has an X6 with the cognac and a car with the coral. We shall see. Bold step for me to change up the interior.

To be continued....

I'm confused....is the runflat issue because you are worried about the tire blowing out? Can't you get a space-saver spare?

I took the run flats off my X6 and it feels WAY better...I would never go back.

I will get a space saver spare. I've gone through 5 or 6 tires on the M, between blowouts and those massive rears picking up all kinds of metal. It's a girlie thing I guess. I'm really don't feel like getting stuck on the side of the road.

Decisions, decisions....

I went to look at the cognac/black Napa and don't like it at all. So, do I go with BSM on black leather with brushed aluminum again or grow a set and try Coral Red/Black leather?

I like the way the X6 looks in white but I've had Black envy for three years so I'm 99.9% positive on the BSM.

Thoughts?

Will you change the tire your self?

Will you look at that, a blast from the past. Hello Blue How are you, Bill?

Me, change a tire? No. I don't do flats. My idea of DIY is paying someone to do it for me.
