I agree, the whole situation with the engine makes this situation very "gray". Throw out a price your looking to get. Aim high if you want you can always come down, but give us a ballpark.

Why not just fix the car instead of taking a loss? I agree with previous posters. Something isn't adding up.
OP, if you want offers, you'll need to provide more info.

Well that's some pretty stupid terms isn't it? You refuse to give a price on something you are "Selling". Then if you don't get the price you want you'll ignore the person, then if they even try to figure out what the hell you do want you'll ignore them.

You're a hell of a salesman! You can keep it, buddy!

I really dislike posters who want to sell something and either use the "make me your best offer and I'll consider it" or "testing the waters". People also say no low balling. How does one know what the seller considers lowballing? These people usually want or think their item is worth a lot more than it is. Then, they post in the wrong section....They should figure out a FAIR asking price and post it along with the ad. Testing the waters ads are totally stupid.

+1 to you. But unfortunatly this guy wants to waste his own time + our time he started 2 threads. made people think what they need / make him offers and then flat out said you know what ill sell it as a whole. he is just wasting time i got the popcorn ready right when he said "
NO ASKING PRICE BTW. MAKE YOUR BEST OFFER. JUST KEEP IN MIND THTA IF YOU TRY TO PLAY LOW BALLER I WONT BOTHER RESPONDING AND YOU WONT HAVE ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO OFFER AGAIN. THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE A GIFT OF ANY KIND."

Since you are obviously not alone in your sentiment and you are free to "dislike" anything you choose and I of course am free to not care what you choose to "dislike" but:

My reasoning explained: I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT THE VEHICLE IS WORTH AT THE MOMENT GUYS SO I FIGURE THE BEST WAY TO AT LEAST GET A HANDLE ON IT IS TO MAKE IT AVAILABLE FOR OFFERS. THOSE WHO ARE SERIOUS ABOUT IT AND MAKE AN EFFORT TO NOT STEEL IT BUT ACTUALLY RECOGNIZE THAT THERE IS VALUE TO IT WILL MAKE WHAT WILL AT LEAST APEAR TO BE "REASONABLE" OFFERS. THOSE WHO SIMPLY WANT TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE OR CLOSE TO IT WILL BE IGNORED AND RISK LEAVING A BAD ENOUGH TASTE IN MY MOUTH THAT I WONT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN EVEN IF THEY CONTINUE SENDING PMS OR POSTING HIGHER NUMBERS OR PUSHING FOR RESPONSES.

If any of the above does not make any sense to anyone, your welcome not to make an offer. Until I get a grasp on the actual value, I simply dont have an asking price. If you look you will see I recently posted a "Parking Out My Ride" thread which is also being considered. I am also looking for an engine to replace the unknown factors with my own. And or possibly try again to fix it. So this is the situation and I have nothing more to say except if you "DISLIKE" anything about this Thread, STAY OUT OF IT!
